Sleep info not showing in premium

I've used my sleep tracking in the premium app for 3 nights now. Each night it has tracked my hours and basic awake, restless, asleep. However, 2 of those night I did not get a sleep score or breakdown of rem, light, deep sleep. Is there something I'm not doing to get these?

Thanks for the reply. I did the suggestions. I also did not start my sleep from the app on my phone (as I saw suggested somewhere else). I am refreshing the app before bed. It has worked the last 3 nights. So, I don't know which was the fix, but one of those did!:) Thanks!

Hi @Sal65 - one of the issues with the new V4 Fitbit App is a syncing problem which may interfere with sleep recording. Try loging out of the Fitbit App  before bed and restarting the watch. In the morning login and sync, may be a few times to allow the information to be calculated.
