Sleep score not recorded on my Sense 2

I had a versa 2 and had to change to a sense 2 and now I don’t get a sleep score

I understand that your sleep score changed after switching from a Versa 2 to a Sense 2. The Sense 2 uses a different algorithm that considers more metrics, so your score may differ. It may also take a few nights for the device to provide an accurate score.

Here are some tips to improve your sleep score:

  • Note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
  • Update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
