Now stress score is back now my app and fitbit not showing any sleep information at all.  Also the exercises zones are doing wrong as in none yesterday but did loads, today I've done nothing shows score of 12

Thank you for sharing this information regarding your Sense 2.

Please, make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbti app. 

In addition, try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
