I was having issues with a Red circle with a exclamation mark being next to Sync now in the Fitbit app. Appeared every morning. I find if I restart my Fitbit Sense 2 just before bed it appears to solve the issue. It's worked now for two days. If it does appear again just restart.

@sparkles4 - thanks for the tip, a watch restart may be necessary [possibly phone too or maybe just a Bluetooth toggle] any time it fails to sync due to the bug in the new V4 Fitbit App.
