I have looked thru the forum and have seen this has happened in the past, but my sp02 is showing up on my watch but not on the app.
I've done a force restart, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled fit bit.
Restarted phone and watch after each attempt and still no luck.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @Stargazer15. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding this inconvenience with Spo2.
Thank you for your inquiry about the SpO2 feature.
Fitbit SpO2 app is automatically added for users in select countries. Make sure your device is running the latest version. For more information on updating your tracker, see How do I update my Fitbit device? For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.
If you removed the SpO2 app from your device, reinstall it in the Fitbit app on your phone:
You should be able to see your SpO2 trends in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone. To get SpO2 information, you need to:
If you still don't receive your SpO2 information, please follow the steps listed here below:

Sadly, none of this worked.
Sp02 has been tracked without issue for the last year I've had the sense 2. This issue just began and nothing has changed- the app is up to date (just to be sure I uninstalled and reinstalled the app). I also cleared the cache after (and before) a restart. I've restarted my watch too, forced a sync, also restarted my phone after each step.
It shows on my watch that there is a reading, but it's not on the health metrics (it says 4/4 rather than 5/5 and says there was no data from last night for sp02)

Hi @Stargazer15 - this could indicate a fault with the current version of the Fitbit App.
If the value appears on the watch it may have been calculated already and uploaded to the watch and is simply not displaying in the App.
It does take time to appear in the app as it does have to be calculated on the Fitbit servers and downloaded to the app and also the watch and requires proper syncing in all directions.
