Stcu on the screen that says "To start download the app"

I have deleted the fitbit app and tried to start over but my watch is still stuck on the screen "To start download the app", it will not connect to my phone either via bluetooth

I'm glad that you could figure this out. 

Just for future references . When the Fitbit shows the message to download the app, it mean that the device is not paired to any account.
