So I have just been checking my last few weeks step count and on 5 days in a row it is showing the exact same step count. I know this is an error but not sure what has caused it or how to rectify it. Any help is appreciated. Ty

The easiest thing to first try would be to restart your watch. You can do this by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds (until you see the Fitbit logo). If you are an Android user, I'd also recommend clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone (Apple users are unable to do this and woukd need to reinstall the app instead).
