Steps were tracked on device. Had over 9,000. I look at my device and the number has reset to 500.
Assume syncing will help. Sync sense 2 to app through the phone (I’ve had phone for over 3 years.) Data syncs as 500 plus steps.
I do all the trouble shooting that won’t jeopardize the steps data, just in case they are still stored on device.

Has anyone had their Sense 2 lose data for an entire day. Data completely disappeared after charging Sense. Sync with APP also shows incorrect data.
Are those days data gone forever?
What caused it & will it happen again?

Hi @Ixchel_b3 - charging shouldn't do that but if you do a Shutdown before syncing you may lose data.
You could always try a restart in case something went wrong, holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start shouldn't lose data.
