Steps not the same sense 2 and app on phone

After synchronise, the number of steps are not the same on sense 2 and phone. Phone mostly has more steps. How do I fix this problemen?

This just happened to me today. Exercise time was off and now steps. Someone from Fitbit needs to address these issues.

I'm having the same issue.  It's been 5 days now and step count on the app is out by 2000 - 5000 steps.  I have uninstalled the app, changed the clock face and restarted my phone.  Nothing is working.   

Fitbit get your act together and address what appears to be a common issue
