Consistently receive stress notifications when resting. Why?

I work at a desk all day so my day is relatively consistent. I sometimes get stress notifications during the day but not often. The one consistency is when my day is over and I lay on the couch to relax around 7pm I get a stress notification. Not watching anything stressful. It’s literally within 10 minutes of the switch from day to lounging to watch tv which you would think would be relaxing.

any thoughts? Anyone else experience this?

all I can find is that the notifications are based on sweat, skin temp, heart rate, and heart rate variability. But I can’t see any indication of this in the app. (I have the sense 2)

Thanks for any insight.

If you mean the cEDA notifications then yes, they seem to be quite random. After initial testing, I turned that off as it was more of an annoyance than a useful feature.
