Anyone with issues similar to mine? I already opened up a ticket, but haven't gotten a response in more than a day... I'm waiting to see what will happen, since I bought this watch in México about a year ago and Fitbit it is no longer being sold here.
The watch works fine, except for Alexa. It records exercise and sleep, but the battery is lasting about a day.
When I open Alexa, sometimes it works fine, and the rest it just resets, and the watch won't turn on again, it gives me a blue and black screen with a red X after a few seconds. Only when I put it on it's charger does it restart again. The same thing happens if I shut it down manually, it won't start unless it's on the charger.
I already did a factory reset, charged it fully, re added as a new device... Any other ideas?

Yes, exact same behaviour with mine for a week or two, but now it won't even boot up or charge at all.
Raise a warranty claim.

Apparently I bought my watch 14 months ago, so they just told me that I have no warranty. I can't believe that an obvious defect that a lot of people have can just be brushed away!
