Can't get it to recognize swiping, it did and now won't. Fully charged

I'm having this as well. The screen has god awful touch feedback at random moments. Try restarting it? It seems to fix mine for a few hours.

 

It's especially funny because I remember a lot of pre-reviewers praising how responsive the screen was, my inspire (and I mean the original inspire) has a more reactive touch screen.
