Sync'd Fitbit to Strava - steps not tracking

Hi everyone,

I am taking part in a work challenge in April, we are logging activity and the group with the most steps wins a prize.

I sync'd my Fitbit to Strava so it is uploading my walks and runs automatically, but when the activity shows up in Strava it is not showing the steps I have done, only the distance and time.

Does anyone know if there is a fix?

Have you tried making sure both apps are updated? You could try disconnecting and reconnecting both apps
