Sync with event in my phone

Hello I have a problem with event in my phone and sense, I have a telephone PoCO x4 pro and sense 2, I can not see notices of my phone, fitbit say "the service notification do not in execution, reboot you device

I'm not familiar with that phone model, is it an Android?  Who's the manufacturer?  Assuming that it's an Android, which version of Android are you running?  Finally, is everything updated on the phone?

The phone is updated, it is a sub-brand of Xiaomi, the operating system is
Xiaomi hyperos 1.0.3.0, android version 13 and the last update was in
February 2024
