My sense 2, purchased in April is has not been syncing with my iPhone since October 18th. I have tried all suggestions and nothing seems to correct it.

Our team is aware of the issue and they are working on finding a solution.
May I know which Fitbit app version you have?
Please check if you can update the firmware of your phone and try in the meantime to restart your phone and try to set up your device again.

Has this been resolved? I have the same disappointing experience with my FitBit not accurately syncing.
