Plz help me reset calories.. as even when I keep the watch all night when I wake up and start using it shows calories burnt around 700... help me reset...

@Arpitanirvaan   Hello @Arpitanirvaan and welcome to the Community.  I merged your posts because they are so closely related.  Those are your BMR calories, the calories you burn just staying alive.  It will add those calories even if you aren't wearing it.
