The screen of my Fitbit sense came out and the device is no longer working. There is not customer service in Mexico. I want to find out where I can take to fix.

Hi @Xarenihdz - have you tried a phone repair shop who are used to dealing with intricate connections if the screen is completely detached and can also glue it back.

However it could also have got water in it as the seal was broken and may have failed for that reason and then can't be repaired.

If it is still under warranty it can be replaced.
