My boyfriend just bought my fitbit Sense 2 this last Christmas 2023. I've had my watch not even 4  months. The silver strip should not be falling off, this seems to be a defect in the watch. Too many posts of people complaining about this issue. Please help!

This silver strip fell off my Fitbit yesterday. I'm so disappointed, this watch was bought for me for Christmas 2023. It's not even 4 months old. Please help! I need my watch to work correctly. 😩
