This display doesn't have colours on sense 2 ?

So I got the sense 2 a few days ago. I use the same display I used on my other Fitbit watches before (versa light and serva 3). It's supposed to have this beautiful colour changing arc showing the progress, which always worked with my other watches. As you can see on the picture, my new watch doesn't display that. Also I can see pixels on the arc sometimes. Is that because of the sense 2 or is something wrong with my watch? If it's because of the sense 2, does the sense have the same "problems"? I was thinking about returning the sense 2 and get a sense anyway (it was a present that I think to be too expensive)

Hello @AliceWatson and welcome to the Community.  I put that clock face on my Sense 2.  I can't duplicate your experience as it's working as expected on my screen.  I can suggest general troubleshooting advice.

  • Go back to the app page on your screenshot.  Swipe up a little and tap on See all details. Tap on Permissions.  Toggle them off, then back on.  Go back to your main dashboard page and re-sync your Sense 2.
  • Try removing the clock face, then re-download it.
