This is the 5th sense 2 that I have had that has failed in 9 months.

How do I get fitbit to send me a product that last more than 3 months.  I don't want to pay for a new Sense 2 and my warranty on this latest failure runs out in November

Hi @Fireworksmama - it depends on what issues you are having because it may not be a watch fault.

Watch 1 stopped showing time.  Watch 2 did not charge.  Replacement Watch 3 never charged. Watch 4 did not keep time.  Watch 5 screen went blank and stayed blank unless tapped and would not show 12 hour clock.  

I think it is the watches fault OR the software.

@Fireworksmama - for you current watch pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all icons.

This will allow the watch to come on when you twist your wrist. It should also solve the built-in Always On issue which only shows in 24hr mode too.

I want the watch face I want on all the time. I bought this watch because
it had a longer battery life. Google has now changed the software. I
would not have bought this watch had I known it was a bait and switch and
had such lousy performance.
