Three issues Starting A Week or So Ago

I have a Sense 2 which has pretty much been problematic since day one. The stairs sensor went crazy months ago and hasn't worked since.  But I have three issues I believe are all related and likely due to a recent firmware update:

1)  Especially first consistent movement of the day, the Fitbit stops counting for 100 to about 150 steps.  Then it resumes and seems to not have the issue till the next day.

2) Most noticeable after hourly move sessions, but if you check your steps right as you sit down after moving you can at least half the time watch as the step count quickly rolls back a similar 100 to 150 steps.

3) Finally, every manually started exercise, the exercise pauses and the Fitbit asks if you want to end the exercise at exactly 5 minutes in.  This is regardless of how vigorous the exercise or what your heartrate is.  It is time related and triggers at 5 minutes.

I have done all the re-boots and resets I have found here for this device and I have removed it and re-installed to the phone app a couple of times.  Is there any setting you can tweak, or sensor you can clean to stop this behavior, or do I just have to wait till Google gets around to patching the bug?

I am using an iPhone 16 and both the app and firmware are up to date.  Fitbit is firmware: 20001.220.31.

On the plus side albeit annoying that it took so long, three devices later they seem to have finally fixed the connectivity bug that required you to reboot the Fitbit nearly every time you wanted to sync to the app.
