Since the clocks went back, all my time related settings, ie sleep, hours of activity have gone wrong! I can’t change them back to how they were either.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SueJM1963.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the time in your Sense 2.
My best recommendation would be to check and change the time, probably you have set up your correct time zone, try and change it to a different one and then go back to the correct one.
You can check more information on how to do so here.

@SueJM1963 This has been an issue with Fitbit and the time change for as long as I can remember. There is no workaround to fix these issues on the Sunday. Everything tends to sort itself out on Monday. Please just be prepared for this with the next time change and ignore the bad data for one day.
