I have just moved countries and my Sense 2 hasn't updated the time - even thought i have run its update and synced it etc. Any tips on how I can get it to reflect the right time?

Hi @SarahFiji - in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, App settings abd turn off automatic time zone and location and set the time zone manually and sync.
You may have to also restart the watch and phone and sync, which should improve syncing.
Once you have the right time turn on automatic time zone again and it should be ok and also for the return to another time zone, if not repeat the process.
