Had my Sense 2 for about a year now and everything has been great, until the past week. It all started with my Fitbit app no longer tracking my sleep. Then my Sense 2 kept rebooting itself. And now it won't even sync with Bluetooth. I've tried logging out, deleting apps, emptying cache, updating, etc. Nothing seems to be working, and I can't get a bloody response from Google. Getting pretty fed up and am about ready to cancel my subscription and send the **ahem** watch back. Anyone having similar issues that have found a solution?

I hated to have to do it, but I did a factory reset after taking all my previous troubleshooting steps again, and that seems to have sorted it. Took ages to go through all the menu options and setup, but it's tracking again. So if anyone else is having the same issues I've been having, bite the bullet and do a full reset.

I was having a similar issue, wouldn’t completely load the apps, track them, did a complete reboot, now I can’t get it to load enough , it keeps switching back and forth trying to install the apps, customer service was if no help
