Training Peaks not connecting with Sense 2

Hey everyone,

I've been using training peaks and my fitbit for a couple of years. They have now stopped working together. Specifically, my workout data is not synching, which is the main reason I use Fitbit. I tried removing and re-adding the connection but it hasn't fixed the issue. Does anyone have insight into fixing this?

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with your Sense 2. 

Please confirm that your Sense 2 is up to date. See the help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?

In addition, I'd suggest you unlink your device from the training peaks account and relink it or set up the device again.

Hi there, as noted in my original post, I already tried unlinking and relinking the accounts. I heard back from Training Peaks and they said it is a known issue and they are working with Fitbit to fix it.

I am having the same issue with by activity data collected on my Pixel 2 watch through Fitbit.  I did a chat with customer support and they said they will email me.

I have been in contact with Fitbit help but they have ghosted me for about a week now. I guess I want to know is this a change related to a update or Google thing. Do they plan to fix it? Or should I move on. Sucks I have been with Fitbit since 2017
