Hello! I'm glad to see the Fitbit has a similar feature to my old Apple Watch, but I don't like part of it. I like using the guided breathing as a quick 1 minute exercise to calm my nerves. Unfortunately on my Sense 2 it tries to "sense" my breathing before I start and it tends to take a very long time and sometimes doesn't even work. Is it possible to disable this? Just go straight into guided breathing rather than trying to detect my breathing first? It would make the Relax app *much* more useful to me.

Hello @MaydenAmerica and welcome to the Community. I hope this explanation helps and you won't need a PhD in physiology to understand. There is a cyclic beat-to-beat variability in your heart rate when you breathe. It's called respiratory variation. When you use the Relax app, your Fitbit is using the optical heart rate monitor to look for this variation. That's why the "sensing" part of the app exists. You can't have the Relax app without this sensing period. This app gives you feedback at the end of the session. This is different from a guided breathing session which is simply timed.
If you feel like the Relax app doesn't meet your needs, you can uninstall it.
