Why can't I hear the other person when I answer my phone from my sense 2?

Just want to add some tips in case someone else will look through the thread someday. What you can also do is try adjusting the volume and ensuring your phone isn't muted. Sometimes, a simple restart can also help. If these don't work, you may want to try some more comprehensive troubleshooting steps. Here's a guide I found that could be really helpful​.
