Hi there, @Mosheor. Welcome on board.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Before anything else, let me explain the ECG app is available in select countries where its usage has been approved. To find the full list of supported countries, click here.

Assuming you're located in an approved country, please give a try to the following:

  1. With your Sense 2 nearby, open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image > Gallery and then Apps.
  3. In the list of apps, tap ECG > Install.
  4. Then, tap Discover tab in the Fitbit app, tap Assessments & Reports.
  5. Tap Heart Rhythm Assessment and follow the instructions.
  6. After you complete the Heart Rhythm Assessment introduction, you can take an ECG reading.

For more details about this app and how to see your reports, please see this help article.

I have installed, deleted and reinstalled the ECG app on my sense 2.  Not only does it show syncing to my watch, it is never there.  I can't to the assessment b/c I can't get the app to my watch.  It shows in my phone app but not on watch.  VERY FRSUTRATING

Welcome to the forums, @carriel1.

Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting. I understand how frustrating this has been for you, and I'm sorry for this experience. Because this shouldn't be happening, please give a try reconnecting your watch as last resort:

  1. Forget the Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Once this is done, check if the ECG app is installed on the Fitbit app and your watch, and make sure the permissions are enabled.

If the issue persists, take a picture of the apps displayed on your watch and attach it to your reply. This will help me to further investigate.

Welcome to the Community, @Kiran.Chaudhari.

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2 and the steps tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, is the issue with the ECG app not showing up on your watch? If so, did you try every step shared in this thread? Also, what is the model of your phone and OS version? Please reply back with these details, as this will help me to further investigate.

In the meantime and if you haven't done so, check this help article which explains more about this app and its requirements.

I’ve been trying the steps posted and no matter what I do I can’t get the app on my Fitbit. It says installed in the app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the ecg app. No matter what it’s not on my Fitbit sense 2. I have an iPhone 13 Pro and iOS 16.3.1 (the latest update). This app was the biggest reason I wanted this device.

Hello @krafaia and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry if I'm misreading what you wrote.  I looked at your public profile and see that you have been using a Fitbit for some time now.  The navigation on the Sense 2 is very different from previous models.  Your Sense 2 show tiles when you swipe left/right on the screen.  The ECG app isn't on one of the screen tiles.  You find all of your apps by doing a short press on the button.  A short press shows you your recently used apps at the top, then all apps in alphabetical order.

Does this help?
