I tried to rearrange tiles in the Fitbit app but it doesn't get saved to my Sense 2. I even removed the weather and timer app but on the watch they arestill there while swiping and in the app list. And yes I synced and even restarted multiple times.

Had similar problem. Rebooting watch didn't help, but rebooting phone and synching a few (3) times fixed it. Give that a try, and good luck.

I have uninstalled some tiles, synched, and they still won't go away. Rebooting the watch did NOT help.

@jfb9301-  tile management is iffy. Had the opposite problem, removed one by accident and couldn't get it back. Check your app version, 3.67 or later is needed. May be that is the issue for you.

Rearrange tiles [from the manual]
From the clock face, swipe right or left to navigate through your tiles. To manage
which tiles are included and the order they’re shown in:
1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture your
device image Gallery.
2. In the My Tiles section of the Versa 4 tab, tap Manage.
l To rearrange the tiles, tap and hold the grid icon. Move the tile up or
down in the list, then release it to place it in a new position.
l To delete a tile, press the X icon Remove.
l To add a tile, tap Add tile tap the tile you want to add Install.

I solved it myself by rebooting my phone and synching 3 times.

This fit band is a real downgrade from my fully working smartwatch (the original Sense)

Hi there, @Solexa and @jfb9301@Guy_ Thanks for your suggestions.

@Solexa Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense 2. Just to confirm, by restart do you refer to the steps described here? As @Guy_ mentioned, please make sure you're following the right steps to rearrange the tiles and keep me posted.

@jfb9301 Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the steps tried prior to posting. While I'm glad you sorted this out, I'm sorry you've had this experience with your Sense 2. This isn't the expected behavior so please don't hesitate to let me know if this happens again, that way I can investigate and help you out.
