Unable to sync Fitbit Sense 2

I can't get my Fitbit app to sync with my Sense 2.  The Fitbit is working properly, it just won't sync.

Hi @jim80 - you may lhave more than one device with the Fitbit App installed remove your watch from the Bluetooth of all devices.

Logout of the Fitbit App on your phone, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and the watch.

How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync with a pull down on the phone display.

If that doesn't work click profile photo and " + Set up a Device" and replace.

In addition to what @Guy_  mentioned, I would check to see if there's an update available for the Fitbit app.
