Unable to sync Sense 2

Why is my Sense 2 not syncing?  I keep pushing sync now and a red exclamation mark comes up.

Hi @Jaghiker  - if the watch is charged and working normally, restart it by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, wait for it to start.

 

On the phone, logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone.

 

Login again and wait for any pair and link prompts, then sync.

 

If this fails remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone and repeat the process. If that still fails click profile photo and " + Set up a Device".
