So I just revived the Sense 2 after quite some time as I was not able to get a refund after they rolled out Google Wallet. I was never able to add a card to my watch.
Now I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, a Sense 2 and a new Bank. Just installed the Fitbit App, logged in and wanted to add a card from my Google Wallet to the watch. I choose the correct card, already in my wallet, enter my security code and get the error, that I will not be able to pay in a shop and I have to contact my bank.
I actually contacted my supported bank, found it in the list for Germany, and was told that everything is fine.
I can use my cards in the Google Wallet, on my Apple Watch and basically everywhere but the Fitbit universe.
I tried rebooting the devices, repairing, deleting the card and adding it via App and even talked to my bank as the error message suggested. I am basically now where I left a year ago. Unable to use the Sense 2 with Google Wallet though I even have a new bank now.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the wallet situation on your Sense 2.
Can you confirm the name of your bank, please? So I can check this out, just to confirm everything is ok! Also, can you send me a screenshot of the message that appears whenever you try to pay?

German Sparkasse. Supported as it is on the list.
I cannot add the card to my watch, so there is no message when trying to pay. It only says, contact your bank
