Updated sense 2 no longer tracking sleep duration and in range

I updated my sense 2 it will no longer track my sleep duration or most of my in range it will only do RHR and it will do part of so2 if you go looking for it

These watches keep on getting worse and worse and losing more and more when I wanted to return it I received an email saying fitbit does a 45 day return but if I brought it possibly a authorised dealer may or may not do a return and if they did some do a 14 - 30 day return which suck cause now I know that was a breach under customer law in australia

I would of returned the watch with different let alone with the on going issues this watch had instead of thinking I was stuck with it

And yes I still have a copy of fitbits email and in community they where tell 2-3 which doesn’t match the email

I do wonder if it is still a breach of stripping the watch of more and more features unannounced ( some where announced but alot weren’t ) which continues on still up to today and probably will keep continuing

And in another email received from fitbit at the same time they did say taking futures away much earlier in the year was a very clear direction where google was taking fit bit that still becomes more and more clear besides that the watch never worked a 100% to begin with the things get stripped announced and unannounced it’s always been pain one I would of returned if wasn’t blocked with misinformation

And when you first buy the watch some features take weeks to start working by that point is they don’t work you where made to believe you couldn’t return it but after been told in email I didn’t bother complaining about any faults and in forums it look like a lot of people have same feature faults

Fitbit still continues its customer law breaches in Australia I was lead to believe I had 14 days to return the watch under warranty also I have an email from fitbit this year which clearly shows the same breaches they admitted to last year and just got fined for this year fitbit I want my $449 back that I would of got if I wasn’t lead to believe otherwise by misinformation otherwise I’ll go to consumer law Australia with the email showing this year breaches on top of that yes some features where announced and stripped but lot continue to be unannounced and stripped and yes in another email from fitbit stating stripping the watch was a clear direction for google fitbit and they stated that was clear to see question are the unannounced stripping and also down grading of features yet another breach of customer law now I know it was a breach I couldn’t return the watch I want $449 I paid back after be lead I had 14 days

The support was for a fresh issue that just occurred the warranty one was from much earlier this year I could post a better screen shot with guys name at the top whom I just seen in some one else’s post as a gold fitbit product expert if you like
