My Versa 2 wouldn't turn on so I thought the battery had died. I plugged it into an electrical outlet and it opened up. It still had battery life so that wasn't the issue. I took it off the charger and was able to scroll through it and use it but once it went into sleep mode, and shortly afterwards it again wouldn't turn on. It only turns on for awhile after I plug it into an electrical outlet. I tried resetting it but that didn't help so then I tried a factory reset and that didn't help either. Don't know what to try now.

Thank you for wanting to help me but those solutions don't address my issue. I can charge the Fitbit. My problem is that once it's charged and no longer connected to a power source, it won't turn on. It only turns on when it's connected to a power source.
