I contacted support Team and they were very prompt in hearing my issue. Though warranty expired a year ago they were kind enough to offer me a one time replacement which they did within 10 days without any hassles right from pick up to delivery of replacement. Very satisfied with customer support executive who responded me very well with great patience.
