Voice Assistant tile not visible (sense 2)

I'm trying to set up voice assistant on my sense 2. I want to use Google Assistant, but the voice assistant tile as mentioned in the FAQ is just not visible. It should be supported as The Netherlands is mentioned as available. 

I already tried a forced stop for the app, to reinstall the Fitbitapp and removed/added the sense 2 from the app, but to no avail. 

My phone is a Samsung a54, Android 14.

Hello @PR99 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but Alexa is the only voice assistant available on the Sense 2.  Can you share the FAQ link that shows that Google Assistant is available?

I'm having to same issue. I can't figure this out. I've tried everything. There is an Alexa icon on the watch but not within the app. I think it's a glitch.

For what it's worth: I could only get the Alexa tile to show up by changing location in the Fitbit app from Netherlands to UK.
