Watch displays wrong time, steps

Hello,

I am having an issue with my watch. I have noticed that the main watch face display will often have the wrong time, but when I go through the menus, the correct time will be displayed at the top. I also noticed today that I had walked 7k steps but when I checked later, it had dropped back to 2.5k. The app showed the correct steps of 7k.

I use a downloaded watch app to use personal photos as my display. Could this be causing the issue or is this issue happening to others? Thanks for any help

Just as an update: i changed my display, using just the fitbit standard app and the steps didn't not revert back to 7k.

Hi @Geeklady92 - if you have a problem with time and steps it could well be the clock face you are using.

Using another clock face and/or syncing should resolve the time problem.

For steps you can check what the watch thinks by swiping the face to the left and see what is shown. The clock face should match that.

Some clock faces may require permissions to show all information - adjusted from the Gallery tile clock face setting in the Fitbit app.

A watch restart may also help get it properly synced.
