Has anyone else had their fitbit sense fail completely after just 2 years? Suspiciously just after the guarantee ran out?

i was just looking at when I purchased my sense and i'm 3-4 weeks away from the 2 year mark from when I originally bought my sense to replace the ionic they recalled. i just bought an apple watch to get off this rollercoaster ride. i'm *so* over all these glitches and its a shame because i've had fitbit for so long.

if i use the watch beyond a simple walk or bike ride, its out of commission for days. this is the second time ive had the red light blaring on the back of the watch and now its not tracking anything except time.

I too have given up with Fitbit and now bought an Apple Watch. Very disappointed with the Sense only lasting 2 years, plus I have also purchased a bunch of accessories and extra chargers which are now redundant!

I had the Sense and got so fed up with constant issues I went back to the Charge series. First Charge 5 lasted 14 months. My daughter switched to Apple, so I took hers. Lasted 3 weeks. Reactivated the Sense. It seems to be more stable, since a recent firmware update. However, I’ve already started looking into replacements and it won’t be Google or Fitbit. To bad, it used to be the best.
