Watch not responding but has a message to download Fitbit app

My sense2 is charged 100% , it says that I need to download Fitbit app in multiple languages. I have had the watch for two years and never had issues. Screen is unresponsive and a reset doesn’t work either.

Hi @Gstein25 - looks like your watch did a factory reset for some reason and needs setting up again.

Remove the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone and in the Fitbit App click on the device/battery icon and the Add more devices and replace.
