Weather Location Won't Edit Sense 2

I've seen hundreds of posts regarding this and the weather settings don't work. Cannot edit the settings. No restart, not uninstall/ reinstall. None of it. No sync, Location permissions, nothing! Not signing out and signing back in...It's a glitch and they won't fix it.

Thank you for letting us know that your Weather app is not working. 

To solve this inconvenience follow the steps below: 

  1. Keep in mind that many apps require internet access and your phone must be nearby with the Fitbit app running in the background and Bluetooth turned on. 
  2. If any permissions are turned off, turn them on. Note that some permissions can cause your phone to use more data and.
  3. If you see a caution icon 
     
     next to the app in the My Apps tab, check the following permissions on your phone, location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app.
  4. Your Sense 2 must be connected to WiFi. For more information, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
