Weird start up screen

Hi when I try to start up the sense 2 I just bought as a new without box off ebay all I get is what looks like a qr code with a red strip at bottom of screen ( turned blue once charged) if I scan the code it just is a list of numbers  and  nothing I've tried resolves this ( reset/ sync etc ) any ideas

Hello @Vizlady and welcome to the Community.  Fitbit only sells its devices in sealed packages with bands and a charging cable.  It's possible that your pebble is counterfeit or is a demo model from a store display.  You should try to get your money back and report the seller as selling fraudulent merchandise.

Hello@LZeew and @Vizlady, I purchased the Sense 2 and it arrived yesterday in an already opened box without the charger and I was told, even though the box was opened they were sure it was a new watch and I had to call to discuss the charging cable that was missing from the opened box. I am a long time fitbit user, but very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received. The reason for the new watch is because the Versa 4 that I had for ONE YEAR AND ONE MONTH stopped working. I give up now. I will try some other company that sell smartwatches.  There are too many out there to be married to one. I just wanted to add my two cents.
