What is the limitations of data preservation, prior to syncing, of the Sense2?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

minimal case: no designated exercises (just sleep and default)

maximal case: many GPS-utilizing recordings

(Obviously in each case may include non-use, as for charging may transpire too)

So under the minimal case, how much recording is in tact?

What about the maximal case? When do maps drop-off, or entire recordings? (My motivation for inquiring is that thr positional portion of my walks did not get saved, in the couple days between changing smartphone and re-syncing, even though they were in the mode to do so and had before and after).

Your Fitbit can save data for up to a week (I believe) before needing to sync again.

@DramaQueenDiva , nice to see yo around. Thank you for your help

@Victamon , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.

Depending on your records, the Fitbits can save your data from the last 7 days, as a whole, and up to  30 days since your last sync in form of a summary. Older data will be removed form the Fitbit so that you can still record anything afterwards.
Removed data cannot be retrieved if deleted. That's why we recommend to sync your device at least 1-2 a day.
