Anybody know what the dashed lines mean?

I am looking at mine as well. I'm not sure what you mean by dashed lines...
From what I can see, they are separating Awake, REM, Light and Deep sleep stages. If you scroll your finger over the sleep stages, it shows what time you were in each stage. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
