When and How do I get Sense 2 ECG app in Indonesia?

Hello @Tri33 and welcome to the Community.  The ECG app is a medically regulated feature.  It needed approval from the US Food and Drug Administration to get released here.  It needs approval from the equivalent regulatory body in Indonesia for release there.
