When will we get the Sense 2 battery percentage?

It's now Nov. 29th and I still have not received  a notification to update the Fitbit app.  Still showing October 24th as the last update.

I am located in Canada.  Is that the reason for the delay.

Hi there, @sparkles4@nerB and @Kathylynn103.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Fitbit app. As you may know, we released a new Fitbit app version which brings back the battery percentage of your Fitbit device. This update is being released by phases, and while we don't have a specific date when each of our users will get it, rest assured it'll arrive soon. Please note this update is different from the firmware update released specifically for the Sense 2 which should be available to all our users.

Once again, I appreciate your patience and try checking your Play Store or App Store later, and install this update as soon as you see it available.

Also in Canada.

On November 29, just today, inside the FitBit app, looking at the screen view for my Sense 2, at the top of the screen, I saw a message about updating Tracker Software. I am now up-to-date.

It was not an update in the Play Store. Also, as with other things 'Upgrade' in tech, it is more likely to show if you're charged, plugged in, etc.

Thanks for the info.  I will look on the screen view for the update tracking software red message every so often.

Update: Finally got my fitbit app. Update.  Can now see battery percentage. The update appeared in Google app. Store.  Hurray.

Lucky you!  Still haven't gotten mine.  Did yours come from a Play Store update?

I have a Galaxy Galaxy S20 (Android phone) and mine has the battery % again once I updated the app in the Play Store.
