Where is the safest place to buy a Sense 2?

I have the versa three and want to buy the sense 2.    I’m reading online horror stories of people buying them through Amazon Walmart Best Buy and the warranties are invalid because they’re not authorise sellers.  so where is the safest place to buy a sense 2 with the full Fitbit full warranty

Hi @Zoeybuffie safest place? Well, you can buy directly from Fitbit - store link is upper right of this page. It's getting closer to Mother's Day and they usually have sales going on. As for authorized retailers, there is a list Fitbit has for us - click to view. I've gotten devices from Walmart and Best Buy without an issue. With Amazon or any retailer it has to be shipped and sold by them to have the Fitbit warranty. It's good that you're checking around before purchasing.

I got my Sense 2 from Amazon, and in less than 6 months I've had an issue with it.  I contacted Fitbit about my issue 2 days ago, and they are sending me a replacement under Warranty.  So when you buy from Amazon, you should have no problem with warranty.  😊

may I ask what problems you had with it please?   So far I’ve never had a problem with fitbits,  had versa, versa 3, sense.  Upgraded versa to versa 3,  then to sense (when my husband had his hip replaced the head nurse had a sense and it looked good) and for some reason didn’t like it, back to versa 3.  But the sense 2 looks good. I am 81 and an exercise lover.   Saw on Walmart site that someone had trouble and Fitbit refused to help under warranty as it was from a third party seller.   Thank you for your reply.

The silver part around the edge of the face started wearing off.  I've found it's a known problem.  To stop it happening to my new one, I'll be purchasing a screen protector for it.  Other than that problem, I like the Sense 2, I upgraded from a Versa Lite.

With all the Fitbit we’ve had between my husband and myself I’ve never heard of this happening. I did buy a screensaver for one of them I don’t remember which one now but hated it for some reason.  Now I will have to do some thinking after hearing this happening to you thank you so much.
