Sense 2 - Where's the music controller app?

On my Sense 1 I can control music using some Music Controller Bluetooth thing to control the music playing in Symphonium, Spotify etc. I can't find this on the Sense 2. I can only see Youtube Music, which I 100% will not be paying for or using - ever.

Also, how can I remove Alexa? I don't use it and never will. Not sure why it's even showing up in settings, as I never installed it.

@Slyke   Fitbit/Google didn't put a generic music control on the Sense 2.  Both Alexa and Google Assistant were preinstalled on the Sense.  The Sense 2 only has Alexa preinstalled and it can't be removed.
