Hi @Ranganna - I start by trying a restart on the Sense 2.
To restart your watch, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.
Restarting your watch doesn't delete any data.
NOTE: Sense 2 has small holes on the device for the altimeter, speaker, and microphone. DO NOT attempt to restart your device by inserting any items, such as paper clips, into these holes as you can damage Sense 2.

Can you try these troubleshooting steps:
Sync your device by following the instructions in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Restart your device by following the instructions detailed in: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
After that, did you feel a vibration and see the Fitbit logo appear on the screen? Finally, adjust the clock following the instructions detailed in: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? Please choose a Fitbit Clock Face.
