The SP02 feature is not working for my watch, and when I contacted the support they said its not available in your country (Egypt), why is it not available? My Samsung mobile has this sensor and it is working normally, why Fitbit blocks few countries from accessing the feature? thats not fair to buy it and not getting the benefits!

Hello @a123hm and welcome to the Community.  SpO2 is a medically regulated feature.  It needed approval from the US Food and Drug administration to be activated in the US.  It needs approval from the equivalent regulatory body in Egypt to be activated in your country.  Samsung has this approval.

But I didn’t know this when I bought the watch!

Is there any news about when they will get the approval?
