I loved my Fitbit watch and then last fall they updated and it has been a total mess since then. Sleep tracking is totally wrong (off by 5 or more hours every night!!!) No sleep score.
The problem is that once you lose confidence in one measurement, such as sleep tracking, you no longer trust the other measurements, such as calories burned, steps, etc.
This was an excellent product. I loved it. I do not understand (a) why they changed it, and (b) why do they not listen to the literally hundreds of complaints and do something? Everyone I know who has a Fitbit is upset.

Hi @Collins12 - Google bought Fitbit purely for the underlying data and technology for use with their Pixel watch.
Unfortunately for long time Fitbit users Google changed and removed so many things that it no longer matches their needs.
It seems like Google don't want Fitbit users, as they have stopped selling watches in many countries, for European Economic Area users, they removed access to non Fitbit clocks, they removed on board music from all smart watches etc. Next year Fitbit accounts will no longer be usable, you will have to have a Google account, etc.
These decisions don't seem logical to many as the competition gulf just increases. Most companies try and improve their products so the decisions are all the more puzzling.
